About 3SK Home Improvements, LLC. We are a small construction company with its owner/operator (Steve Perruzzi) having 30+ years of experience in all aspects of construction. We are not a General Contractor and do not sub out any work. We work approximately a 30 hr week (10-4, Monday-Friday). Steve is on-site all day, every day working on your project. If you are open to a slightly extended completion date we will save you money while providing you with the highest quality services. Advice and estimates are always free. An accurate estimate requires knowledge of the specific materials you will be using along with the complete services we will be providing.  We look forward to hearing from you.
